You are 50% stressed out! You know that stress isn't forever, but right now it feels as if it's never going to end. You're not 100% stressed, but you're still struggling to cope in some ways. You need some well deserved time for yourself.

30% Stressed Out
You are 30% stressed out! Like so many of us, you feel some degree of stress on a daily basis. While you're hardly struggling to get by, you do feel more than a little overwhelmed from time to time. Try taking on less responsibilities at work or school and giving yourself some space to breathe.
