You Stayed Up Too Late
It could have been a good movie, a great conversation, or a party you didn't want to miss. Whatever the reason, you stayed up way too late last night. Now you're going to pay for it today. Just hit the hay a little bit earlier than normal tonight and you should feel refreshed in the morning.
You Got Up Too Early
The only reason that you're tired is because you got up too early this morning. You probably follow a pretty normal schedule, and when you stray from it, your body knows. As a result, you feel more tired than usual. It's a temporary issue and you'll feel normal again tomorrow.
You Worked Out Too Hard
Do you spend a lot of time at the gym? It's great to stay physically active and look your best. However, if you continue to push yourself too hard, your body is going to get overworked and feel like it needs a break. It's okay to take a day off or at least lighten the intensity for a bit.
You've Spent Too Much Time Working
You can' work for 12, 14, or 16 hours every single day of the week and expect not to burn out eventually. Sure, you can handle it here and there or for a short span of time, but when you are doing it consistently eventually it's going to wear on you. Time for a day (or a week) off!
You Aren't Eating Right
What you put in your body has a big influence on how you feel. If you aren't getting enough of the right nutrients, your body can't function the way it's supposed to. Try adding in some more fresh fruits and vegetables and eliminate some of the processed stuff. You may be surprised at the difference it makes.
You're Sleeping Too Much
You may think that sleeping is the only way you are going to get rid of your feeling of fatigue, but in reality, it can actually make it worse. You want to get between seven and nine hours of sleep each day. No more. No less. Adjust your sleep time and see if that makes you feel better.
